The identity document
A passport passes most reliably, because the machine-readable zone gives the automated check something unambiguous.
Photograph it flat, in indirect light, with all four corners visible. Not a scan, which flattens the features the check looks for.
The proof of address
A bank statement as a PDF is the safest option. Utility bills work where they carry your name and address in the same form as your application.
The address on the document and the address on the form must agree. A transliteration difference is enough to fail an automated comparison.
The three mismatches
Name order, which differs between documents and forms. Patronymic included on one document and not another. And transliteration of the same name spelled two ways.
All three are genuine and all three fail automated matching. Where one applies, expect manual review and say so in advance if the venue allows a note.
The liveness check
A plain background and even light. Most failures here are lighting rather than anything else.
Source of funds
Requested above thresholds rather than from everyone. A payslip, a contract or a statement showing the money arriving.
Prepare it before a large first purchase rather than in response to the request.
The country check that comes first
Whether the venue serves Kazakhstan at all, and which payment routes work from here. No documentation overcomes a country restriction, and the list changes.
